Guest guest
Earlier I promised t provide some information about quantities of grapes. From the USDA nutrient database via Nutridiary.com: * 1 cup seedless = 160 grams * 1 grape seedless = 5 grams Hence, the USDA believes there are about 32 seedless grapes in a cup. Hope this is helpful.
