They have a chart about certain food combinations and I thought I would share. *Potatoes: cabbage types, spinach, dwarf beans, kohlrabi, dill carrots: onions, spinach, lettuce cucumbers: onions, runner beans, celery, beetroot, parsley, lettuce, kohlrabi, cabbage types, dwarf beans peas: celery, lettuce celery: dwarf beans, spinach, onions, runner beans, tomatoes, leeks, kohlrabi, cabbage types, cucumbers, peas spinach: tomatoes, runner beans, kohlrabi, carrots, potatoes, cabbage types tomatoes: celery, spinach, onions, parsley, cabbage types, kohlrabi, lettuce, leeks, dwarf beans, carrots onions: tomatoes, strawberries, cucumber, parsley, lettuce, kohlrabi The book comments on that combining certian foods with those that create musical harmony together makes the body happy.
