Has anyone seen this movie? It is all about a man who goes on a

complete " McDonalds Food Only " diet for 30 days and documents what

happends to his body.

I thought one of the most interesting things is that after polluting

his body for 30 days and having his cholesterol, triglyderides, liver

function tests go crashing off the deep end of dysfunction, his vegan-

chef girlfriend puts him on what sounds like a RF detox and his

bloodwork is restored to normal after 8 weeks. Proof that our body

can and does regain it's health when given the right tools.

The other very interesting thing was a statement made by fast food

representatives which said basically that it is common knowledge the

more processed a food is the worse it is for the body...hence the

extreme toxicity of fast " food " - because it really shouldn't even be

called food! (Last part-my words obviously.

Just interesting that the fast-food people will admit that in a court

document, but most people won't admit it in their real lives.

Tess, you make excellent points. I saw this film and loved it. I think it's

revolutionary in the way it's focused attention on such an important topic.

Yes, I saw this movie right after I became vegan. Yesterday my daughter was

upset as she went to her daughter's school to pick her up, and on the doors

was a sign that said to bring your family to Burger King on a certain night and

the class that had the most would win free Burger King meals. My daughter

went to the principal and asked him if he was trying to promote childhood

obesity and she said he just gave her a funny look, like he thought she was

crazy.
