Guest guest
Just a quick note to say Hi from the Seattle area! I've just joined as the release of Carol Alt's new book prompted me to move on to this next step (although I've yet to buy/read her book). About fifteen years ago I started going to a ND and began slowly living as organically as possible. I am successful (most of the time) keeping the following out of my diet: Additives, Preservatives, Red meat, Excess Sugar, Excess Salt, Dairy, Wheat, Yeast, Gluten, Barley, Rye. I've always loved fruits and veggies - and have been a string bean (hee) - yet have not a clue about how to do it all in a really balanced way. When I'm hungry, I'm starved - plus I've always fought the " role " that I'm supposed to cook just because I'm " the woman " - so I think the whole raw food thing is where I've been headed all along! I look forward to learning more. Thanks a bunch, -Kristen
Guest guest
Hello Kristen in Seattle, I'm the official greeter of the forum. What's an ND? I keep all those things out of my diet too. I'm pretty skinny these days myself. No need to cook. Rich rawfood , " Kristen " <kristen@w...> wrote: > > Just a quick note to say Hi from the Seattle area!
