From Laurie Masters:

Looks like Nutritiondata.com is just for facts, not for your personal

info/food journal. Can't save info there, etc..

NutritionData (ND) provides nutrition facts, Calorie counts, and nutrient

data for all foods and recipes.

" ND tells you, in simple terms, what's good and bad about the foods you eat,

and helps you select foods that best meet your dietary needs. "

___________

Nutridiary, like Fitday, actually stores your food diary, weight goals,

exercise goals, protein/fat/carb/calorie goals, water and fruit and

vegetable consumption goals, and MUCH more. Gives graphical results over

time to track your progress, etc.

Re: [Raw Food] Digest Number 1122

Hi Lu,

I don't think is is off topic, Nutrition Data at

http://www.nutritiondata.com/ to me is the best place to get a good estimate

to what you are eatting, and the pantry function is the best part. I have

loaded my pantry with everything I eat that they have on the site, then it

takes just a minute to total a meal, a dish or a days worth of food,

Blessings,

Dale
