Guest guest
Well, another raw day. Been eating salad material at a retreat all day. Of course, someone had to ask me about what I was eating, she guessed that I was eating raw, and then the inevitably boring question, " what do you do for protein? " As usual, I explained that there's a little protein in everything we eat. She said she can't eat raw because of some disease and her doctor's orders. So some people really can't eat this way for good reasons. And another guy had to say I shouldn't eat so much salad material, save some for others as there's 40 people here, asshole. Guest guest
Another inspiring day going raw, eh, Rich? That's pretty funny, though I feel your pain. I get that protein thing all the time as though people have been programmed. Oh, the B-12 thing as well. Hang in there buddy, it does get better and you'll look back and laugh at this some day, Jesse - " Froggy " <seconaphim <rawfood > Saturday, March 12, 2005 9:51 PM [Raw Food] Raw Salad Material > > > Well, another raw day. Guest guest
There's a lot of pain, but there's also a lot of joy eating this way. I plan to hang in there through all the emotional anger, fear, frustration, etc. Hopefully, I'll look back at this time as a simple, childlike, little stage in my life. rawfood , " Jesse Parris " <studio53@s...> wrote: > Another inspiring day going raw, eh, Rich?
