The " hull " is the card outer covering of a seed, much as the " shell " is the

hard outer covering of a nut. Of course, I'm assuming that you spelled

" hull " correctly and didn't mean .... :):)

 

I find some of the items you mention at farmers markets or at stores such as

Whole Foods, Wild Oats, and smaller stores that offer a nice selection of

organic produce. But varies widely from region to region, depends who is

growing what, when. We can discuss.

well, I read the whole thing and it sounds great to me..

 

I would be interested also....in the nutritinal value...for the day...

also..i am new to this stuff.. can you please tell me what " Hull " is?? also

where to get the clover, alfalfa, fenugreek and radish..the only place i

know of would be a feed store... is taht the same kind?? or is it special

kind??
