Hello all!

Nutritional values and a " Day in the life of… "

Thanks to everyone for their sharing and this board; it's been

helpful to me.

I saw the post requesting nutritional info re: diet, and I got a

little carried away with how today looked, and I thought I'd share

it, describing salient parts of the day, and then identifying sources

when I knew them, or could remember them so others might benefit.

5:43 am – awoke, no alarm (went to bed just after midnight)

bathroom – urine mild to medium yellow, more water needed today

(later in this post about theory..)

Water – 20 oz. of steam distilled water, that has been blessed and re-

crystallized (source forgotten..probably Dr. Flora…), and then

ultimately, the theory from " What the Bleep do you know? "

metaphysical stuff…

Rinse my little sprout garden.

Start some new sprouts (just look over the farm, and combined with

what's in the fridge, what might be good next…) started a mixture

of " zesty sprouts " : clover, alfalfa, fenugreek and radish..

6:04 am – 8oz. Rejuvelac (Dr. Ann Wigmore's recipe..)

6:25 am - 8oz. Distilled water,

with 1 tsp. Raw Organic Unpasteurized Honey (semi-

solid at RT, and milky white)

with 1-2 tsp. Raw Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

Pour off ready batch of Rejuvelac – into new container (1/2 gal.

Glass Mason/Ball jar) and put in fridge

NEW** throughout, as I'm trying something new, I'll attempt to mark

it as new, so we both know that it's new!

Fix pineapple with my new, handy dandy pineapple slicer (the one

Dale describes wonderfully here, and I was very appreciative of the

excellent pics and directions, since the ones on the package appeared

to be in Dutch!: https://shrc.cybrhost.com )

~6:55 am 8 oz. Pineapple juice, Chug-a-Lug -- took a little

longer than I thought, as it was new….won't take as long next time…

(Pineapple had been ripened in a window until it was all yellow on

the outside, and had a great odor..I'd also punched a few holes in

the stem/bottom end with a plastic fork (forgot who said how to do

that..also had added some water to the bowl it was in with some Dulse

soak water added..)

early am project – sorted/re-arranged all the bean/grain and sprout

seeds jars in the cabinet..great shape now…

7:54 am NEW – ten minutes standing in the shower with pineapple pulp

applied all over me, especially where I had fat I wanted to get rid

of…while waiting, I: massaged body parts that had the pulp on them,

did some alternate nostril breathing exercises, calf stretches, and

neck and shoulder rolls, and some stomach " thrusts " – some older yoga

move…forgotten source…

8:04 am started on grinding up the wheat berries, that had been

soaked and sprouted (actually used the berries from the Rejuvelac

batch above; I didn't do the second soak for more Rejuvelac…)

I planned to make both crackers/bread and some crisps, so I divided

the berried accordingly after I'd run them through the Champion

Juicer, with the plate in.

8:25 am Chug-a-Lug rest of Pineapple Juice (~6oz.)

8:35 am – Bread is in the Dehydrator; I made each patty about the

size of a small hamburger, which came off the spoon I was using..got

about 6-8 patties per layer in the Dehydrator.

Then added one layer of " crisps " (berries and Rejuvelac mixed in a

blender to about a pancake consistency, I used 1 cup of each:

Wheatberries and Rejuvelac)

8:42am poured my crisp patter onto the Tefllex sheet. Turned

dehydrator on (and older simple model: no temperature/time control;

fan on bottom…)

9:40am 10 oz. water

10am ish – started batch of oat berries , checked dehydrator : ok

10:07 ate 1 banana

10:40 am 10 oz. water

11:05 am flipped bread/crackers over..now the size/appearance of

oatmeal cookies…crisps not looking so hot..I'd shifted the mix when I

checked it earlier..doing damage control..

11:06 – bathroom – urine almost completely clear: I monitor it

throughout the day for color: the lighter it is (clear to light

yellow), the more hydrated/alkaline I am, and the darker it is, the

more dehydrated/acidic I am (don't remember the alkaline/acidic

source; the hydrated is from Dr. Fereydoon Batmanghelidj's

Book: " Your Body's Many Cries for Water "

11:15 am 20 oz. water

11:20 am started soaking 18 almonds for 2 days (Dr. Flora from an

ebook conversation that I bought from someone on this board?)

11:25 am – Hijiki seaweed soaking in dist. Water. (today's lunch

grain is sprouted Amaranth, hich combination is the #1 combination of

two foods in order of " quality " of protein, amino acid availability,

really, from Gary Null's " The Vegetarian handbook, Eating Right for

Total Health " [he cooks a lot of things – I just ignore the cooking

part], p. 261 Good book. Basic theory, research and results about

amino acid combininb is discussed, sort of an updated version of

Frances Moore Lappe's " Diet for a Small Planet… " amino acid

pooling..book covers many more things.

I want to have a different sprouted grain everyday at lunch, on a

minimum 4 day rotation to prevent allergies to the foods. (Hull) and

then I combine it with some sea vegetable. If I'm ambitious and in

the mood, and don't remember, I look up the combinations from Hull.

11:46 still preparting lunch…

11:50 1tsp Raw Honey

1-2 tsp Raw organic Apple Cider Vinegar

8oz. dist. Water

The main part of Lunch, the salad….ideas adapted from Dr. Ann

Wigmore's Energy Soup recipes, as relayed by Dr. Flora, and, as

previously mentioned, incorporating some of Gary Null's ideas.

½ C. sprouted Amaranth grains

Mixed greens – 1.5 – 2 C.

Spinach – ½ C.

Romaine lettuce – 1C.

Bell Pepper – ½ C.

Carrot – ½ C.

Ginger root – 2 pcs. ~1/2 dollar size, by ¼ " thick..

Yellow squash – ¼ - ½ C.

Parsnips – 1 TBS.

Yellow onion – 1/8 C.

Tomato – ½ C.

Handful of Raw Dandelions, picked yesterday, from fridge

Celery – 1/3 C.

Sprouted chick peas – 1/4C.

Young sprouted mung beans – 1 sm. Handful

~1 TBS. Of Hijiki (dry), soaked 10 minutes in distilled water

Rejuvelac to make consistency of soup…

Dashes of paprika on top of soup

Put all in Blender, and blend until smooth, about 2 minutes once all

is started…

Once blended, this all came down to about 22 oz. of a medium thick,

soup liquid. (yup..green..)

Salad looks about 20x more complicated than it is: I just grab a

bunch of stuff, paying attention to basic food-combining guidelines,

and go for lots of color (although when mixed, it's almost always

green). My goal is to get lots of different amino acids and lots of

different phyto-chemicals…eating a rainbow.

(quick aside – down/wait time throughout the day, (yes, I work from

home…): I was waiting 30 minutes from when I'd had the 11:50am

drink, so I set an alarm in the kitchen, and once I'd finished

preparing the soup, I check my open tasks list, to see what might be

accomplished in this opening…today I knocked out replacing an outside

garage door light, and ordering some more plastic silverware online

from Dr. Hulda Clark (http://shrc.net) author of Cure for all

Diseases, and Cure for all Cancers..) Many of these tasks are not

done separately, but more of an " as I walk by/through the kitchen…)

12:30 eating lunch (took quite a bit longer than usual to get it

ready, since I was trying to measure, and then write down everything

that went into it. Normally, I just grabs bits and pieces of various

things, until the blender is full.)

12:45pm finished eating (aiming to " chew " each spoonful about 30

times…this much chewing is still a challenge for me.. – ate about

2/3 – 3/4 of the large bowl of Energy Soup. Put remainder in sealed

glass jar in fridge for dinner base…) <== not ideal food- combining

since I'll be adding concentrated proteins (seeds/nuts) at dinner…

12:50pm urine – clear to slightly colored – OK.

This is not a " normal " day, since there aren't any of those: most

days are different. Many of these things take much longer to write

down than they do to actually do them…Many days look nothing like

this: depends on how many sprouts, bread, etc. I have, and how much I

need. Some days can be all fruit; depends upon how I'm feeling, and

where I am on the evolutionary path….

2:35 urine – clear to very slighted colored – OK..

I deliberately shift most of my food to the earlier part of the day:

breakfast and lunch. Breakfast is normally all fruit, and so is the

morning (per Diamond's " Fit for Life " ). I aim to make lunch my

biggest meal. My goal is to wait 20-30 after fruits and fruit meals

before having anything else, and to wait a minimum of 1 hour, and

preferably 2.5 hours after a " large " meal, before I have anything

else: either liquid or solid. Most days it's ok… not a rule..just

guidelines for myself: and I find that if I follow them, my body's

digestion works better…

2:42 as walking through kitchen, put 1 TBS. Golden flaxseed and 2

tsp of Pine Nuts (the #1 single good protein source from Hull) in

some distilled water to soak for dinner, and put the dish outside on

the Lanai in the sun…I have a few almonds, 6, soaked for two days

and ready for dinner also.

3:25 pm 10 oz. of Water

Wheat crisps and bread/crackers finished….took off

trays, and set out to cool, before

Packaging.

3:55pm ~10 wheat crisps (1 " sq. x maybe 1/16 " thick….) - wafer

thin..and great.

2 wheat bread/crackers (~1.5 " Diameter x ¼ " thick)

4 pcs. Of dried papaya, ~ ¼ " wide by 2 " long (ea.)

4:14pm urine – clear to very slightly colored – OK

6:45pm urine – clear to very slightly colored – OK

6:50pm dinner – remainder of soup base from lunch

with soaked Flaxseed, PineNuts, and

Almonds blended into nut/seed milk.

7:05pm - rinsed sprout farm again..

8pm – 10:30pm Tennis – during which I drank most of 32 oz of water…

end of this rambling blog…and if anyone does the nutritional

analysis, please let me know.
