I eat differently each day. I am high raw and have been for about 18

months plan on doing a 30 day challenge though starting tomorrow of

being all raw - if I make that will go into all raw permanent. I am

also 21 to 26 weeks pregnant. If you want to read my journal you are

welcome it is at www.eco-centric.it click on UK flag and go to

blog. There you will find me and another journaler. He has been all

raw for a few years anyway.

Hope that helps and that you are able to get all of teh info that you

need.

Main Entry: blog

Function: noun

Definition: an online diary; a personal chronological log of thoughts

published on a Web page; also called Weblog, Web log

Example: Typically updated daily, blogs often reflect the personality

of the author.

Etymology: shortened form of Weblog

So I blogged, little did I know.

Don't forget nuts and seeds for snacks with or without dried fruit.

Popular alternatives to rice for grain dishes - quinoa or millet.

Alternatives to rice for hot cereal - quinoa flakes or buckwheat. Also

puffed rice, millet or corn for cold cereal as well as corn, rice or millet

flakes.

Tempeh is a soy product that is generally digested better than most soy

products by many people and can be used many ways for lunch or dinner.

Good luck.
