Guest guest
Don't forget nuts and seeds for snacks with or without dried fruit. Popular alternatives to rice for grain dishes - quinoa or millet. Alternatives to rice for hot cereal - quinoa flakes or buckwheat. Also puffed rice, millet or corn for cold cereal as well as corn, rice or millet flakes. Tempeh is a soy product that is generally digested better than most soy products by many people and can be used many ways for lunch or dinner. Good luck. >Petluvr10 > > > a typical day >Sat, 2 Jul 2005 09:11:25 EDT > >Hey Carrie! > Here's what a typical day looks like for me. I dont have much variety, >but am trying to expand my menu.
