Hi Rachel,

I've taken this conversation private, writing directly to you. We can always

take it back into the forum if you like.

Yes, these are likely signs of cleansing events, but no one can be certain

without talking with you directly. Your symptom descriptions are brief, as

is common in email communication. But in general, mucus drainage ( " cold, "

" allergies, " etc.), increased digestive activity (nausea, diarrhea, even

vomiting, etc.), perceived or actual temperature changes, and the like are

common cleansing events or symptoms.

You are asking whether there are things you might do differently, but again,

as your information is brief in an email message, we do not really know much

about what you are presently doing.

If you would like, I'd be happy to spend some time talking with you by

phone, to explore what you are doing and experiencing in greater depth. I'm

in California, Pacific time zone, and can be reached at 650-938-9026. Also,

I have unlimited long distance, I can call you back if you like.

Let me know!

Elchanan

[Raw Food] detox

I was wondering if I am experiencing a sort of detox because I'm

eating way healthier now? My diet about a month ago was highly

processed, a lot of soy (I'm allergic to soy), and hardly any fruits

and veggies. Now I am just about 2/3 raw and feeling better than

ever. But there are so many days now that I suddenly feel a cold

coming on, or I feel nausious for no reason or I get a headache all

of a sudden. Could this be signs of my body trying to detox? Is

there something I should do differently to feel better or will it

just happen?

Thanks!

Rachel
