Guest guest
hishealingways: The name of the class was How to Inspire Children and Adults to Eat More Raw Food. She (Victoria Boutenko) tolds us to inspire people not pressure. Victoria said, " Punishment and force produce only anger, defiance and a desire for revenge. She quoted Krishnamurti, who once said, " To teach by example is not the best way to teach, it is the only way. " Rich: Now that's the truth, the only truth I'm ever going to get across to anyone is the truth that I live myself. They say walk the walk versus talk the talk. hishealingways: She covered a lot of great information, but really opened my eyes was when she started talking about the " Ode to Green Smoothies. " I believe she said she is writing a new book by the same name. Any way through her, I have come to believe this should be the main thrust of my diet. It is a very simple way to eat. Keep an eye out for her book at the rawfamily.com. If Ann Wigmore is the mother of the " Living Food Diet " , the to me, Victoria Boutenko is her daughter. I thank God every day for sending Dr Ann Wigmore, and Victoria Boutenko into my life, for I truly believe that they teach the spirit of what it means to live by the bible verse Gen. 1:29, " And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which [is] upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which [is] the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. " & Gen. 3:18, " thou shalt eat the herb of the field. " See that, the Bible says you should have plant food as your meat, and still these meat-eating Christians dismiss this. They believe in living exactly as the Bible says to except when it comes to their food. rawfood , " Dale Wing " <dwing@n...> wrote: > > > Hi, > > If you have never been to a Victoria Boutenko's raw food > presentation here is a sample of what your missing, this was in > Riverdale, UT, Feb. 24, 2005 : > http://www.hishealingways.com/albums/album4.html > Hope you decide to come the next time she is in your town. > > Blessings, > > Dale > Webmaster > http://hishealingways.com
