In the recipe, it says: Pour the walnut and raisin mix onto whatever you plan to serve the torte on. Using your hands and fingers shape the torte into a circle six inches across, flatten to a height of one and one quarter inches. NOTICE HOW MUCH OIL IS ON YOUR HANDS after you have shaped the torte. In fact, it will feel similarly to the oil that your body exudes onto your face if you eat a lot of oily foods, that " shiny face " thing. Just something to notice and observe.
