Guest guest
Hi everyone I have just found out about raw eating and I am very excited to get started on it. I wondered if anyone could give me some advice as I have alot of food allergies. It started off with nuts when I was 16 and has spread to apples, strawberries, raspberries and kiwi. Is it right that these allergies will go when I am on this diet? I would so love to eat these things again. Does anyone have any experience of this. Also Can anyone advise me on how to start this diet with these allergies? I can not eat alot of the food so not sure where to start. I dont want to put myself off by only being able to eat the blander foods. Thanks for any help. Ellen
Guest guest
I've never understood or believed in allergies very much, but I'll accept the validity of your claim. I'm sure they're very troubling and real for you. Personally, I just can't imagine just eating produce like raw nuts, apples, strawberries, raspberries and kiwi could be a problem for anyone. But like I said, I'm sure they're real so I hope you find a raw diet that can work for you.
