No, not in the purest sense. If it helps you stay 90% raw by eating 10%

cooked sometimes, then I suggest doing whatever works for you. It's a

high-density vegetable protein. Really, it depends upon how its prepared, I

don't think anyone eats the stuff straight. So if there is a sauce or

whatever find out what's in that.

I'm wondering if Seitan is a good/ok thing to eat on a raw food
