I don't know if it can be controlled or eliminated, but making your body

healthier and stronger can slow down the progression of some diseases, and help

you to be better able to deal with it.

Peace,

Valerie

Re: [Raw Food] Two Months Raw~

Howdy Rich...congrats on your two months raw! I'm going on nearly three months

and it's a real joy. I was thinking the other day of the odor that dead cooked

food emits and the taste that raw food gives. Interesting to ponder, eh?

Follow your career where you want... instead of need to, since you can afford

to. After all someone once said that the best kind of a " job " is one that you

would do for free if you could afford to (if that makes sense the way I put it).

As far as your dreams. There is no sin in dreaming. Your heart is in the right

place and that's what matters. Be gentle with yourself about that. It sounds

like you are doing well. But do remember the adage of be careful little eyes

what you see and little ears what you hear, etc. So what you feed your soul will

nourish it in like manner just as does food to the body. That is said regarding

your entertainment choices that you mentioned.

Blessings,
