Guest guest
A few days ago there was a request for suggestions about raw salad dressings. I asked a few friends for their favorites, and one wrote back: Instead of squeezing a lemon onto the salad, use an orange. It's sweeter and much more enjoyable! Another wrote: A salad dressing that I've been enjoying is: 1 orange 1 tbsp of raw, organic almond butter optional 1/4 cup of boysenberries, raspberries, strawberries I used to also add some cinnamon or ginger for a little variation, but I've not been doing that for a while. For an oil & vinegar feel, I've been doing the tahini and lemon combination. Bon appetit! -- ---------------------[ Ciphire Signature ]---------------------- vlinfo signed email body (498 characters) on 22 February 2005 at 17:46:11 UTC rawfood ------------------------------- : Ciphire has secured this email against identity theft. : Free download at www.ciphire.com. Guest guest
Thanks for gathering this info, Elchanan! I would appreciate anyone's input on favorite salad dressing(s) that do not contain oil. Thanks in advance, Kim On Feb 22, 2005, at 11:41 AM, INFO @ Vibrant Life wrote: > > A few days ago there was a request for suggestions about raw salad > dressings. Guest guest
Basically, blend together any 2-3 acid or subacid fruits. For example: mango-strawberry-kiwi mango-orange orange strawberry Pretty straightforward, just experiment until you find things you like. Remember, a little strawberry goes a long way!
