Yes, sweat is a good thing! And yes, in very dry air, the sweat tends to

evaporate so quickly that we don't notice.

In our species, the purpose of sweating is cooling. The evaporation at the

skin cools our system.

Our primary eliminative organs/systems are digestive (colon), urinary, and

respiratory (lungs, not sinuses). Whenever our system uses ANY other outlet

for toxins, this is a symptom that all is not well. The eyes, ears, sinuses,

skin (whether by sweat, rashes, etc.), hair, vagina, etc. can all show signs

of toxic overload. By " toxic overload, " I mean simply a need to remove

toxins that exceeds the present capacity of the primary eliminative

systems/organs. Whenever you experience noticeable toxin elimination through

any avenue other than breathing out (lungs), urination, or defecation, your

system is communicating, via such symptoms, a signal to review what you've

eaten recently, recent sources of stress, etc.

Many people talk about listening to what their system says. Perhaps this

writing offers some useful thoughts about how to listen and observe more

closely.

Best to all,

Elchanan

[Raw Food] Sweat

I think some care needs to be taken, here; I remember hearing Dr. Doug talk

about his experience in the southwest, working out and not sweating, and it

was basically because the air was so hot and dry there, the sweat was

evaporating immediately. He was still losing a lot of water, but simply not

showing the usual signs. Sweat is a good thing--how our body gets rid of a

lot of waste. It just may not always show, due to other conditions.

Peace,

Valerie
