Quintessence cleanlyness

I don't know whom or why someone have such a vindictive agenda to

thrash one or only truly raw and integral place as Quintessence. I

have been going to and talking with others who eat at Quintessence

nearly every day. I have yet to hear of any one getting sick except

for those who over eat mixed with bad food combining choices. You can

get very ill from eating a lot of raw food that do not mix well. That

is your choice. You cannot get food poisoning from a raw food source

where everyone wears rubber gloves and hats and the turnover is daily.

I interned in the kitchen and I know first hand they do not sell if it

is not available Organic, they never have food more than 3 days old,

they always where, hats and gloves, and they do not hide anything from

anyone. I am really tiered of people slamming the only store in the

world that truly cares, tries hard and does not compromise by offering

the purest, cleanest, tastiest, organic, vegan, kosher, RAW FOOD. We

should give them a dam mettle for opening the raw food market to the

world. None of these other would exist if it was not for Quintessence.

Go ask them to see the kitchen, they will show you. Health dept

inspection reports are posted in the restaurant. If you got sick, you

ate the wrong things, not at the wrong place.
