I thought I would post the recipe for using a whole

head of cabbage and using a BIG stainless steel or

ceramic stew pot. (My recipe was for a smaller batch)

Hope this helps. I drink between 4 to 8 ounces of

this daily until my batch is gone. This recipe is

from HAWK Heath at .

Natural Probiotic (Raw)

Take 1 large head of cabbage and slice it into small

chunks. Place into a blender with distilled water and

blend until completely blenderized.

You will have to do this in batches until you have

used the whole cabbage, unless you have a humongous

blender. Pour all of this into an enameled or

stainless steel cooking pot and add enough distilled

water to make a full gallon. Cover pot with plastic

wrap and secure with a rubber band or bungee cord.

Place out of direct sun in a temperature controlled

space where it won't get too hot or cold. Leave for 4

days to ferment.

At the end of the 4 days strain out the pulp and press

to get the rest of the juice out. Pour liquid into

bottles and refrigerate. You should have about a

gallon of juice. This fermented cabbage juice is

literally teeming with billions of friendly bacteria

that will help to replace those lost in your digestive

system due to antibiotics, bad diet and such. (Good

bacteria in the intestines makes B-12.)

If you like eating cabbage then you will enjoy the

draied pulp mixed with the seasoning of your choice

and add some cold pressed extra virgin olive oil to it

and eat it raw. Very good for you and your digestive

tract and wastes nothing.
