I am exploring raw foods-related research. Does anyone know of nutritional

analysis (macronutrients, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants) for any of the

following items?

 

Vegetable Juices (Kale juice; V-5 juice consisting of carrots, celery, kale,

cucumber, lemon)

 

Rejuvelac (Juice from soaked grains)

 

Sprouted grains: (one or more of Kamut, Wheat, Oat Groats, Rye Berries,

Whole Barley

 

Sprouted Legumes: (Green Lentils,Chickpeas)

 

Soaked nuts: (Almonds, Cashews)

 

Shoots (sunflower greens, buckwheat greens, pea shoots)
