sunorganics has carob powder, that says it's raw.

 

but now that we're talking carob powder

 

i got some raw carob powder from a raw-er source (local restaurant in CA)

that tastes like an ashtray.

 

i got some raw carob powder from whole foods, that tastes like heavenly cocoa

 

I was using some raw carob powder previously from nature's first law that I

had around for awhile, and I think it went off. it tasted weird. then we got

the powder from whole foods and the same recipies were heavenly.

 

is it supposed to taste weird? is the whole foods powder not really RAW? ??
