Guest guest Posted February 2, 2005 Report Share Posted February 2, 2005 I just threw in a bunch of cashews, two dates, pinch of salt, tablespoon of coconut oil in to food processor and blended till paste. Then wrapped sausage sized clumps in lettuce. They come out about 4 inches like rolls of quaters. I had intended to use it to fill seaweed and use my sushi roller but was out of seaweed so I used lettuce. If you have cravings for something good this satisfies.
