Marinated Mushrooms

Any kind of mushrooms- White, Portabello, baby bella, etc.(about 2 cups)

2 tsp Braggs or Miso- made into a watery paste.

Parsley about 1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped

Juice of 1 lemon

Olive oil 1 tablespoon

2 cloves or more to taste garlic minced

Mix together and let marinate a few hours.

 

This recipe is really good.

 

Also I like

 

Spinach Spread from Rene Underkoffler's Living Cuisine

 

1 Bunch spinach

1/2 cup parsley

2 tablespoon Almond Butter Raw if you dont have almond butter I have used

soaked almonds.

Squirt of Nama Shoyu

Olive or flax oil

Juice of 1 lemon

1 garlic clove minced.

 

 

Blend all in the food processor. Eat with crackers or alone.
