Guest guest
I heard that microwave ovens weren't even manufactured/sold in the Soviet Union because they thought it was so unhealthy to microwave. Now they even have an infrared toaster! (while we can't even get our low-temp vacuum dehydrator proof-of-concepted) Today I read about how they have a technology to wirelessly recharge batteries (using induction), for phones, laptops, whatever. That's a lot of radiation to have in a train/bus/plane or wherever you would use such a device (maybe even at home if ppl are too lazy to use cords at that point)! Makes me want to move to the jungle! At least lab rats get free room and board (until they're tortured and slaughtered). JP Laura Haddaway <iamdunroamin wrote: Now. Microwaves. Microwaves pretty much kill off the enzymes in the food. I didn't believe this when I heard it so I did some experiements and had sunflower seeds taht I did some work on. I had four batches. Two were soaked, two were not. The ones that were not microwaved had a 87% sprout rate for the unsoaked, the soaked had 99% (germination.)
