My e=mail is: Bryan so please e-mail me directly, I turned off e=mail messages from groups because I was getting hundreds a day and too many but I do respond to individual ones! I am sorry it is taking so long with the book, yes they are pre- orders and yes the Holiday Delay affected it, but in 2 to 3 weeks I get the 1st shipment then ship ASAP to everyone so please just be patient! YOU ARE the first ones getting it, I am absorbing shipping and tax and barely breaking even, I have to pay for all the books, do all the work, etc. I am doing all of it myself to get the info and book out there! I am not sure how long it will take Amazon.com to list, they get MANY new books and they add them as they get them all, my publisher will have a special website for me and my book and it aill be $25.00 from them so you got a deal from me and will be the first ones to get it before the WORLD, and I have the whole World waiting on it too!
