One that tastes good would be better. Also, when they play outside, they will get vit D that will help them absorb the calcium. My kids love baby carrots with dips. They are not raw, but I am working on the veggies with them. I make salads and they pick their own dressing, so there is not excuse for not eating it. Celery and nut butter is a favortite with kids. Smoothies are fun, too. Good luck, Maureen t_boerschlein <t_boerschlein wrote: Thank you. I went on her site last night and read a lot of the journals and also on the group she has set up. I think that I will go and order her book right now so that I can get started. I am one of those mothers that are blessed with children that LOVE fruits and veggies so I can't wait to see how the whole family does! There is another ? that I have. How do I make sure that my children, ages 10, 4 and 1 (In less then 2 months she will be 2:( get the nutrition that they need with eating raw?
