Guest guest
From http://www.fringewisdom.com/health_and_diet.php: To start the journey toward change, we must begin with not only our mental attitude (the perspective we think, speak, and act from), but the physical body we inhabit. If the body we inhabit is out of balance, so will be our outlook. Think of the body you inhabit as a recipe. If it does not get all the required elements it needs, in the right amounts, in the right forms, it will not function properly. The body is made from the food we eat. The better the food is nutritionally, the better the body. In fact, if it does not get what it needs, it starts to degenerate. It may take a while, or you may have been born with a deficiency, but problems or symptoms will start showing up when what is needed is not available. I don't want to go into my old age worrying about falling apart. I'd rather live healthily now so I'll be healthy later too. My mental attitude gets much better as I stay raw. I don't want to be out of balance mentally or physically. I look forward to the day when my body is only made up of fresh, raw plant food. What's that gonna take? maybe 10 years.
