Guest guest
Well, I'm still a newbie at only 2 months raw, but I can tell you what helped me not be bored of the diet and just plain salads and fruits, was a good raw recipe book. I have Alissa Cohen's but there are other good ones too. A good recipe book will help you plan your meals and your shopping list. Make sure the recipes are very simple. You will love your new food that you make and so will your family. I am disabled, very hard for me to sit and search on internet for the " process " and how to start. I would appreciate very much any help. Mail - 250MB free storage. Do more. Manage less.
