" What in the world is healthy about cheese from a cow, or a dead cow, or cheese doodles, or potato chips, or eggs from a chicken, or bacon, or bread (that fluffy, filling, addictive stuff that needs yeast to rise), or milk from a cow, or crackers (or the million other wheat products), or soda. The average American diet is filled with absolute garbage and yet they think this is absolutely the best way to eat to be nutritionally taken of. Insanity. Just because they're filled with all this stuff and a little overweight they think it's the best way to eat. Fruits and vegetables are an afterthought, but blatantly the most healthy things we can eat.
