Thanks so much for your reply. Today I made some really good dehydrated foods in

my new Excaliber. Sprouted buckwheat/veggie burgers that my husband the

meateater loved! Sprouted barley/date/cinnamon loaf, crabbie cakes with nuts and

flax crackers. Thank you Alissa Cohen. She's a genius. I improvise a bit on her

recipes but they are great. BTW someone here said buckwheat is not a true grain.

I like to have natural veggie oils and and the sprouted seeds, grains and nuts

for energy and calories. Or I'll get to thin and blow away. I've lost the 15

pounds I need and it's time to build muscle now by exercising.

Blessings, Diana who still eats like a bird (LOL!)

" Birte M. Haakansson " <birte1hi diana, i include buckwheat, which i

believe is a grain, (sprouted and

also sprouted/dehydrated) in my diet. the sprouted i put in smoothies in

the AM, and the sprouted/dehydrated come in the " cereal " i eat. it

provides a good sources of fibre and it fills me :o)
