SAD = Standard American Diet (as well as your

accronym).

 

I suffered from Seasonal Affective Disorder too (as

well as Circadian Rhythmic Disorder). I moved to a

locale where the climate suited my needs better. This

move dramatically improved my condition.

 

Then I started sungazing, and this practice dispelled

the darkness of depression utterly and completely.
