Guest guest
Rich, perhaps it is your body telling you what it needs at this particular time. For the last few weeks I've been putting garlic in EVERYTHING, and eating onions in any and every form I can think of. Not that I dislike garlic or onions, but I've never felt the need to have heaps of them before. This too shall pass as soon as my body's requirement is fulfilled. This has been a pattern since I went all raw - my needing to eat certain foods for no reason I could consciously figure out. Your body knows what it needs - just follow the lead and it all works out. cheers terry rawfood , " Rawist " <seconaphim> wrote: > > I don't know.
