best dehydrator

I'm posting for a friend, Kim, that was on the list awhile (she

joined when her dear Grandmother got cancer in 2001). She said she

unsubbed a couple of years ago and then had me join last year to

print her stuff. She's not been online for a over a year now and I

and other friends use her email account (she gave me her computer

isn't that sweet). She said she spent too much time online so the

easiest way was to get rid of the computer I guess in 2002 it was

 

She wanted me to post what is the best dehydrator? Also, wanted me to

ask a good site for good easy quick recipes. I'll print for her.

She's trying to get me to do the raw. She was in South Carolina at

her house there for about a year and lapsed. She is wanting to get

back to raw. She homeschools, teaches, and does animal rescue so not

much time for preperation. She asked a good site for quick easy but

good recipes (she's got a family and not much time to cook) and I'll

print for her.

 

She told me to please ask a lady named Erika to email me privately

and as she lost your number and wanted me to give you hers.

 

Her little daughter that is 11 talked about raw food, vitamins and

the such, in front of a huge crowd in Charleston SC at a health

store. She said thank ya'll for all she learned. (Did any of you see

it? They cooked etc. Her little girl looks like Shirley Temple and is

a great speaker. She lectures people on their health They started

first with having thier animals on raw.) I think this is the right

list. She had me get back on several as I'd put on no mail she had so

many group I'm going to lurk and learn more :)I'm online alot as I

do all emails etc for the rescue they have. I'd love emails how to

get started. She's explained but I have to see in black and white!
