Hi All!  Paul Watson co-founder of Greenpeace, founder of Sea Shepherd.  Sea Shepherd actively tries (and succeeds) in saving whales in the Antartic Sanctuary from Japanese whalers (not all the whales, but MANY are saved).  Also involved in stopping slaughter of baby seals in Canada and sea turtles and other animals in Galapagos.  He's also a dedicated AR activist in general- met him and crew at AR2009 in L.A. 

Sea Shepherd fans get ready to rejoice!

Captain Paul Watsonwill be the headline guest speaker at the annual TEDx San Francisco event tomorrow, April 27, at the California Academy of Science Building from 4-10 p.m.

Watson will use the platform to speak about Courage and Resilience — a familiar topic after returning from the southern ocean where he and his crew spent the last year protecting over 500 whales.
