I just came home from Frugal Foodies in BErkely. It’s

a cooking event with new friends…

 

Two vegan gals, planned the menu and the food was

awesome. Thai curry, coconut rice, cabbage salad, quinoa sushi (yes

quinoa will stick to seaweed and it’s good)
