Young animal activist looking for an east bay room June 1st

Hi Friends,

 

Some of you already know me on this list, but to those I haven't corresponded with or met, hello! I'm posting because craigslist so far isn't helping me out. I'm looking for a room for June 1st. My first preference is to live in a vegan household with people my own age (and hopefully some companion animal friends too), but vegetarian is fine as well. My last two living situations haven't been veg households and it's something I just don't want to compromise on anymore. Mostly I'm just ready to get out of my stale living situation and see if I can save some money as well since I'm paying too much in rent for what I'm getting.

 

I'm 25, a non-smoker, and very easy going. I travel for work (2 jobs) 3-4 months out of the year. I also play in a local indie rock band. I like cooking and shared meals, and going out occasionally.

 

I can't stray from the east bay area since I travel to so many different places. Dealing with the bridge on a daily basis would simply be impossible. I also need a place to park my car.

 

I'd also consider short term (move in June, move out mid-December). Any leads are appreciated. Thanks for your help!
