Native Foods Café, a fast-casual plus vegan restaurant, is opening new

restaurants in Orange County and the Los

Angeles area. Early next year, we plan to open

locations in San Francisco.

 

 

We are looking for an experienced person who can lead a high volume quick

service restaurant, but still provide a full service guest experience.

 

We have high expectations, higher requirements and offer greater opportunities.

 

 

General Manager Requirements:

• Insuring excellence in guest satisfaction through effective training

and development of hourly and management staff.

• Having a positive and committed " Do Whatever It Takes "

attitude.

• Must have a hands on/lead by example management style.

• Responsible for scheduling and meeting or beating budgeted labor and

cost of goods.

• Accountable for successful execution of all operating systems (line

checks, checklists, pre-shifts, etc.) that impact the standard of quality of

the operation.

• You must be a motivated, organized and self directing individual who

wants to grow with our company.

• Because of our focus on quality of service, we are targeting those with

3+ years of full service and, or fast casual experience.

 

Above alll, you must have the ability to create an unforgettable guest

experience.

health insurance.

 

We are interviewing next week for our new Orange

County and Los Angeles locations. Any successful

managers of our Southern California restaurants will have the opportunity to

return to San Francisco when we open restaurants

in San Francisco.
