Guest guest Posted March 29, 2010 Report Share Posted March 29, 2010 In February, California senate majority leader Dean Florez introduced an " Animal Abuse Registry " bill that would put convicted criminals’ addresses, places of employment, and photographs online so that law enforcement agencies, shelter staff and average citizens could track convicted felons and consequently prevent them from victimizing other innocent animals.
