In 2007, many of you will remember the Secrets of Vegan Baking classes held at Sur La Table in SF's Union Square. This class series is now being held at Whole Foods in San Mateo, with registrations processed directly through Bay Area Vegetarians. 03/27 Secrets of Vegan Baking: The Chocolate Trio - San Mateo In the March class, you will learn the secrets of baking perfect chocolate chip cookies, chocolate cream-cheese bundt cake, and chocolate hazelnut torte. Cost $25 04/24 Secrets of Vegan Baking: Berry Sweets - San Mateo In the April class, you will learn the secrets of baking delicious strawberry shortcake, raspberry tart, and blueberry muffins. Cost $25 Space is limited for these classes, and registration in advance is necessary if you want to be guaranteed a space.
