Guest guest
I went to the truck a few weeks ago, on a weekday. I ordered a burrito (or a soft taco; I'm not sure, it's been a few weeks). It was super tasty and healthy; but I worry about their execution. It took them 20 minutes to whip it up. In the entire time I was there, (more than 30 minutes), there were no other customers (other than me and my friend). A taco truck implies fast food. One shouldn't have to wait half an hour to get one's lunch. Secondly: the location was bad. It was a the top of Dolores Park, at the corner of 20th and Dolores. There's not much foot traffic there. Maybe that's the only location they were allowed to set up, so I don't know if it's their fault or not; but being on 18th and Dolores would have made a difference, as it gets a lot more foot traffic. Folks have to realize that you can't run a business on just being veg*an alone. You have to get all the other things right too! Just my $0.02.
