3/13 Leprechauns + Leaflets + Making New Veg*ns

Hi folks

If your goals for 2010 include... -making the world a kinder place -meeting new people -getting out more -making time for fun and yummy vegan food

Then this event is for you! We've leafleted the crowd at the San Francisco St Patrick's Day parade for the last few years - last year was our best yet, with 8 people distributing 1500 Vegetarian Starter Kits in one hour. The VSKs contain information on veg*nism, factory farming, and vegan recipes.

Why leaflet the parade? People queue up early for a good spot to watch the parade. As they're all queued with nothing to do, we stroll down the streets and distribute the VSKs. Folks then read the VSKs as they wait for the parade to start.

Too shy to leaflet? We also need two cart wranglers, which we use to transport the leaflets
