Two ROOMS for yourself:

 

 

1) Glorious sunshine-filled room (southern exposure) 12 X14,

 

hardwood floors, high ceilings, large walk-in

 

closet.

 

 

2) A very, very small room (approx. 11'X 7') with a decent sized closet,

 

hardwood floors, high ceilings. It's great for meditation, studying, Chi Gong etc!

 

Because of limited storage space in the flat, it's best if you don't have a lot of stuff.

 

 

NO PETS, so sorry.

 

 

YOU: Vegetarian/vegan, non-smoker, Conscious, considerate, warm, friendly, clean/orderly,

 

responsible, chemically independent, aspires for good communication skills. Would like to live as a collective/community --

likes sharing occasional meals, conversation, "check-ins", movies and other activities.

 

 

WHO WE ARE: We are one male and one.

 

Female: I'm a vegan (40yr old) massage therapist working

 

from home, with a zest for creative expression, self-awareness,

 

social activism, spiritual practice, community, and celebrating life.

 

Male: Vegetarian (23yr old), avid cyclist, student, social worker and

also works at farmers markets, loves guitar, community and chatting.

 

 

HOUSEHOLD: is strictly vegetarian (with no meat, chicken or fish in

 

the house) and is clutter free. We also having weekly cleaning meditations:)

 

 

The place is a large Edwardian, five-bedroom sunny flat with hardwood floors and

 

high ceilings. There's a washer and dryer in the flat, some storage in

the basement, and access to a lush (perhaps "overgrown" is a better

word) backyard -- perfect if you're a gardener. 1 bath (toilet is

separate).

 

 

NEIGHBORHOOD: Cole Valley, on Frederick between Clayton and Cole.

 

It's a wonderful neighborhood a few blocks away from

 

Haight Street, Golden Gate Park,

 

and Buena Vista Park.
