Guest guest
perhaps the simple "vegans only" statement could clarify who is allowed to attend without offending anyone? as for the point douglas made about allowing vegans to attend in order to help them become vegan: almost all the events on this email forum are exactly those sorts of events. however, i'm begining to sense that the valentine's day bash was not meant to be one of them. not all vegans are willing to date, or even consider dating, a nonvegan. ~will ========================== ==== ==== ==== == ============== ==== ================ ==== == ======== ========== ========== ========== == me = (pythagorean + beans). To clarify: You do not have to be vegan to attend the Vegan Valentine’s Day Dance. However, by decree of The Committee to Ban Sarah Palin from the Vegan Valentine’s Day Dance, Sarah Palin, former governor of Alaska, has been officially banned. Other Sarah Palins may attend, but they must prove they are not the former governor of Alaska. Remember, you have to buy your ticket before the event! Looking forward to seeing everyone (except Sarah Palin) there! Jack http://www.veganhealth.org/vday P.S. There will be no aerial wolf hunting allowed at the event, please leave rifles in your helicopter.
Guest guest
Jack Sounds like the event will be a huge success thanks to all the extra publicity Victor has helped generate. I think you owe him a cut of ticket sales ;-) I think this has probably been the most discussed event ever on the list. What's the old saying, there's no such thing as bad publicity.
