Guest guest Posted January 17, 2010 Report Share Posted January 17, 2010 Hi all, This may have been posted earlier, but for some of you who are not aware of all the possible animal products used in the making of beer and wine, here's a great resource to check on your fave: www.barnivore.com It is community built (based in Canada), so if you don't see yours listed, the site tells you how to email the winery/brewery and post the results. Also, you can sign up for a (sporadic) newsletter from them. If you'd like the latest one that tells about checking the site from your iphone (since you are usually in the store or restaurant when you need to know), email me and I will fwd it to you. And naturally, if you favor drinking, drink responsibly. One of my grandfather's favorite quotes was, " Drink, but don't let the drink drink you.
