New Veg Tenants Wanted for Future Restaurant Space Opening in South Berkeley

When the time comes to fill the restaurant space below my South Berkeley apartment with a new tenant (early next year), my landlord would love for me to help him find a business run by people who are clean, quiet, and respectable (unlike the current tenants who are in the process of being evicted). Of course, I would prefer that the next business be veg as well. Does anyone know of a resource for meeting local veg business owners who are looking for a future retail space? Thanks,Louisa
