This Wed., the 16th at 6 p.m., enjoy a vegan holiday extravaganza! A gourmet

banquet will be served at the Red Victorian, 1665 Haight St., San Francisco.

Here is a *partial* menu, more to come:

 

1. Beverage: sparkling cider, still pear-merlot, elderflower kombucha, and

mineral water options

2. Antipasti including seasonal vegetables, olives and artichokes

3. Fresh assorted crudités served with creamy dill dip

4. Artisan vegan cheese and crackers

5. Boursin des l'haricots

6. Arugula and smoked tomato field roast

7. Cherry-cranberry sauce

8. Shitake mushrooms with veggies and fresh noodles

9. Pecan-cornbread dressing with celebration field roast casserole

10. Golden sauced teeny potatoes and broccoli flowerets

11. Carob coconut puffs

12. Mint truffles

13. Christmas Citrus chiffon pie

14. Ambrosia

 

As mentioned above, there will also be additional menu items.

 

It is all hand-crafted, prepared and created by Patricia Allen Koot, N.E.

Patricia has been acclaimed by professional chefs as having exceptional ability

to create taste sensations which far excel other offerings. This dinner will not

only be complete, it will be nutritionally balanced and totally

health-supporting.

 

This is a grateful holiday banquet free of dairy, egg, meat, poultry, fish, and

honey. And it is all cooked without oil! For optimal health, the dinner is

prepared without added fats and free of refined or cane sugars.

 

If you have any food sensitivities/allergies – accommodations will happily be

made on 48-hour notice. Simply contact by phone or email as listed below.

 

It is an all-you-can-eat dinner. And there will be LOTS and lots of vegan food.

All for a $15.00 minimum donation, which is needed to cover the food costs for

this culinary extravaganza. The chef volunteers her time. This is the best deal

around for a full-course, nutritionally-balanced all-you-can-eat holiday

banquet. Imagine, four vegan desserts in this banquet!
