Guest guest
It's that wonderful time of the year again...time to join The PETA Pack! This year runners and walkers will be teaming up to raise funds for PETA's Investigation and Rescue Fund. This means you'll be helping to fund another undercover investigation, or to rescue a dog left starving at an abandoned house, or to make sure an animal abuser is never allowed to " own " an animal again. Click here to see the team delivering doghouses and straw. What are your resolutions for 2010? 1. Get off the couch and become more active2. Lose weight3. Start exercising (or exercise more)4. Help animals5. Get outside more6. Meet new people who are active and compassionate 7. Eat more pasta8. Learn how to run (or become a better runner)9. Do something with your life that really makes a difference10. Reach out to your friends and family with the message of compassion for animals 11. Wear cool work out clothes and get free stuff. If any of those look familiar, than sign up today. It's free. It's *really* fun. It's for everyone. Last year we had people who wouldn't even run for the phone learn how to run a half marathon, and we had others who were already runners get much better (Drew and Jeff, you're both out of control). Vegan Coach Darren helps everyone meet their goals. It's OK to run and walk, or walk the race. You'll get a training plan every week for 3 months. You can train with the group, or on your own. You can run the race (Oakland Half Marathon March 28) or skip the race and just join the post-race celebration. Because you WILL have lots to celebrate!! Training starts Sunday January 3. See you there!Alexhttp://petapack.teamraising.com/page/home http://petapack2010.blogspot.com/
