Sunset Dist. Cha Ya Closed....Restaurants open for X - Mas?

I was planning on eating dinner last night ( 12 13 09 ) at Cha Ya in the Inner

Sunset and found that it had closed, gone out of business.

I don't think I read anyone else posting this, so wanted to share that info. The

sign said it closed Dec. 9th.

 

Though I am not doing a formal X-Mas dinner this year because I'm pretty busy

this holiday season, and New World Vegetarian Restaurant closed, I am looking to

find a restaurant that is open on X-Mas to dine at, as my brother is arriving in

town that afternoon. If a Veg. Restaurant is open and there is interest in

doing an informal dinner I will be glad to join in, but do not have the time to

organize anything this year.
