Wells Fargo is going to help care for 136 animals on a foreclosed animal rescue farm. He sought a court order forcing Wells Fargo to ensure the farm's 136 rescued turkeys, pigs, horses and other animals were cared for.San Francisco-based Wells Fargo & Co. says it's not the owner or mortgage servicer of the property in Glocester (GLAH'-stur), a town of 10,000 residents. It says it's a trustee for a trust that includes the property's mortgage. It says it's committed to giving the animals food and water.A court agreement Wednesday called for the animals to be cared for by the Rhode Island Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals for a day.Another court hearing was set for Thursday.
